Il dibattito sul biodiritto è assai vivo, e da tempo, anche nel nostro paese. La legge n. 40 del 2004 lo ha reso, in certo senso, comune a tutti: ogni cittadino si è sentito chiamato in causa e, spesso, ha manifestato la sua opinione su di un fenomeno grandioso, ma che resta, nella sua essenza, inconoscibile. L'ignoranza dell'uomo sulle misteriose questioni implicate (dalla natura dell'embrione alla procreazione post mortem alla donazione) consente di valutare congrue, absolute, soluzioni tra loro in netta antitesi. Con la legge n. 40 il legislatore nostrano ha espresso i suoi orientamenti e ha dettato le regole conseguenti. Questo libro intende dare un'informazione completa agli operatori deputati all'applicazione della legge.
