Detailed attention is paid to pathophysiology, clinical symptoms and findings, all relevant imaging modalities and other tests employed to evaluate abdominal injuries at the time of admission of the trauma victim. Types of management -- surgical, conservative, interventional radiological, and endoscopic -- are described in depth.
